Annual Survey Shows Top Franchise Opportunities According to Franchisee Satisfaction

The market research firm focuses on assisting individuals looking for franchise opportunities by highlighting franchises across the nation whose franchisees are both satisfied with their purchase decision and whose franchises are performing well. The 2015 edition marks the tenth year of their Guide to Today’s Top Franchises being produced and began by surveying 28,500 franchisees that represent over 350 franchise brands. Of these, only 200 franchise companies made the top franchise list as a result of their franchisees scoring on the survey.

Every franchise in North America with at least franchises is invited to survey their franchisees and participate in the research of Franchise Business Review. Respondents are asked to score their franchise system based on financial opportunity, leadership, training and support, operations, and company core values. The franchisees also respond to questions asking about their business lifestyle and overall enjoyment level from running their franchise. Gathering this data allows potential franchise owners a sneak peak into what a life with a particular franchise may look like.
