"New manager making a huge difference"

I have had bad experiences in the past with the prior management and employees of this company. However, the new manager, Sonya has cleaned house and is turning the company around. She has really improved the customer service and professionalism. I had a pool pump installed by pool tech Daniel Delgado who is awesome. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything he is doing and why. I will definitely use ASP El Paso West again.

Jimmy our pool technician is very meticulous in cleaning and servicing our pool. He goes above and beyond his job by being very careful and observes for potential pool problems. Checks chemical balances in the pool and let’s you know what chemicals were needed . Very respectful of our property and always has a smile and happy to do his job and excellent professional and knows what he is doing.!

Gene Avila is an expert when it comes to pool maintenance. He taught me stuff I didn't know when it comes to pool maintenance since this is my first time im owning a pool. I even recommended him to some of my coworkers who were desperately in need of someone that'll help maintain their pool in their respective homes. Gene does an excellent job cleaning the pool, and making it readily available for use. He is always available each time I place a call to him with questions. He's definitely the go to guy for your pool maintenance.
