We were looking for a hot tub and once inside realized they did not have what we needed. However, they were VERY helpful, giving us all sorts of information, including places and people who could help us out. They showed us a line of hot tubs on the computer from another vendor. Even though they knew after our first 30 seconds of the visit, they were not going to make any money from us, they still spent a nice amount of time helping us. Great people!

We had been told our 5 year old pool may need to be resurfaced due to an acid wash we had had done to correct a stain issue, so we called ASP company for a quote. Bram came by he gave us the wonderful news that we really didn’t need to resurface at this time. He explained what he thought had caused the rougher surface, explained an option which would help, but advised us to wait to have it resurfaced further down the road since our pool was so new. He was very helpful answering all my questions and providing advice. I was very impressed with his knowledge and forthrightness.

I called them and they met with me to give me an estimate to clean my pool and were very reasonably priced compared to other companies in town. Many of the others seemed shady and unorganized though, and some didn’t even show up for their appointment! Melanie did though, and she has done a wonderful job on my pool that was a DISASTER in no time at all. I wouldn’t hire anyone else!

I called them to come out to check my pool deck with tiny little cracks, they told me the truth . How many companies are this honest ? These guys are awesome.
