• Rental Property Package - Monthly price starting at $375.00 for weekly service.

What is included in our Maintenance Program?

1. Using only industrial strength top-of-the-line chemicals and materials (the use of phosphate removers or algaecides are not included and will be billed separately).
2. Optimizing chemical balance, water clarity, and sanitation.
3. Checking pool equipment for proper operation.
4. Removing all debris.
5. Cleaning the skimmer basket.
6. When required, brushing the pool tiles.
7. Maintaining proper operation of the pool filtration system.
8. Vacuuming the pool bottom.
9. Backwashing the pump and cleaning the lint basket.
10. When required, brushing the pool wall.
11. When required, adjusting the pool water level.
12. Record all activities in PoolOps®, our digital platform, which will email the time we serviced your pool that day, your pool's chemical readings, the chemicals we added, and a picture of your clean pool.
