"Great Customer Service"

We just started using ASP this summer and what an improvement over our last company. All techs have been very professional. Today Herbie serviced the pool and he was so kind to come back a second time because we were having a tree trimmed in the back yard and they were taking longer than expected. Herbie also helped get our pump up and running again after many challenges. We really appreciate the great customer service.

This is our first year with a pool and the pool light went out this week. Edwin came by today to replace it and was super pleasant and extremely knowledgeable and he has over a decade of experience with pools! Preston is amazing! We had an awful storm on Saturday and I had a pool party for co-workers scheduled on Wednesday. The storm brought in dirt, clay, and debris creating a pool that wasn't swimmable. It was a disaster! Luckily Preston came to save the day! He worked a miracle and my pool and went from a dark black hole to a crystal blue swimmable pool! Preston went the extra mile and kept in touch with me every step of the way. He even texted me the day after the pool party to see how it went and wanted to know if the pool was still clear. Talk about customer service!! If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Preston for all of your support, help, and patience. The party was a success because of your care and dedication.

Herbie and Edwin have been amazing. We needed a new motor and then a new sand filter. They have been attentive, helpful, professional, and communicative. We are having a small gathering at the pool and they made us first priority to get the sand filter changed so we could still host the gathering. I have worked with many pool companies in the past and this is by far the best! I have so much gratitude for everyone who I have worked with. Anytime I call, Mike is always quick to get back to me and stays in touch until someone comes out to the house or answers my questions.
